Abstract
This paper draws up a discursive proposal for the construction of the intellectual field of education and its history beginning with the constitutive elements of the trident memory -identity - difference. It analyses memory from the logic of narrative identity and difference from the episteme of deconstruction and the hermeneutic turn. It also examines the reconstruction of inter-subjectivity and of experience in the new paradigm of the historiography of school culture. Finally, it draws up some proposals to analyze the interaction between history, theory and praxis in the perspective of a new project of historical education of teachers and to evoke the educational use of school memory.
